Depends on what the error is, but they can be a bit touchy if they think the entire file hasn't downloaded.
I'm uploading individual songs to http://www.erilyn.com/stuff/drsing/ - it'll be a bit more fiddly, grabbing each song, but hopefully you'll be able to get it despite the ISP issues.
