I've had a very on-again-off-again relationship with SG1 over the years, starting from when the pilot first aired in Australia (same week as Buffy started here, from what I recall). But I've really enjoyed the last two seasons, and I know it's had ten years, but I'm gonna miss it.

It still doesn't seem possible for it to be gone, you know? I can remember when the movie came out on VHS and I told one of the guys I worked with that it would make an awesome tv series. And I was obviously right. :D

I remember back when I was very involved in the fandom and there was a lot of concern it wouldn't be picked up for the fifth or sixth seasons - and they ended up with ten!
