Re: the only topic around popfandom today - I read several chapters of Sucker a while back but gave up (though not out of boredom, like with Living, just sheer dislike).

I am so relieved that tomorrow is a public holiday. Work today was just blah.

I really hope that those love letters were true. It was like fan fic! "What was the horrible thing that ended violently their tragic love?" heh. I hope they put them up on eBay ;)

Anyway. I think that they were the best celeb couple ever. I was sad to see it end.

Heh, some people love them, some people enjoy them as a guilty pleasure, others can't stand them.

Try for yourself, but be warned, they are very long, and Sucker is a WIP (currently being updated once a week, so it's a good bet to get finished though).

I'm one of those who are addicted to both... Sucker is my new Bible and Living was the old one. It's a matter of taste really I just happene to love the way Matthew writes and he happens to make the suspension of disbelief thing happen if you're a willing victim. I will warn that Sucker isn't for everyone... at all. It's kind of different but if you can get into it it's great.

I read a number of sections of Living, but once I found I t found I was skimming and skipping, I gave up. And I read several chapters of Sucker, but it just really wasn't my cup of tea. .
