Feb. 28th, 2011 09:41 pmReading about awesome and exciting news from friends has totally made my evening. Also, I watched NSW beat Queensland at the rugby on Saturday night \o/
Otherwise, life continues on kind of shittily (but not bad enough for me to be able to make real complaints, this is just whining). Have had the worst insomnia of my life recently - not bad by the standards of many people I know, but made me feel like utter crap. Saturday was my best night's sleep in a fortnight - and then I was headachey and nauseated for most of Sunday, weird. Work continues to destroy my will to live, and eat up my weekends, and I'm totally going to fail my exam next week. I'm supposed to be on study leave from Wednesday, but I have no fucking idea how I'm supposed to get everything done tomorrow that needs to get done. Probably should have stayed at work later tonight, but by 7:30pm I'd had enough.
And last week's Glee simultaneously made me laugh and want to punch the writers in the face repeatedly. Even more than usual. White Collar was fucking amazing though ♥
OMG, Chris Colfer was a freaking guest of honour or something at Elton John's Oscar Party (last year it was Betty White). The kid has arrived! Look at him with Elton - forget Ryan Murphy being his fairy godfather, everyone knows Elton's the godfather of the gay mafia. And Ashley Fink (Lauren) was his date again :) (Fandoms colliding - JC was there too!)
