Glee question

This is driving me crazy. Does this shot of Kurt twirling around, used several times in the "previously on Glee" clips, actually come from an episode? I can't place it. (ETA: yay, it is from 1x06!)

I need an icon of Mercedes and Kurt from the Vogue video. They are too damn (adorably) hot in those suits.
