Oct. 2nd, 2005 09:36 amYesterday was a good day. I got some study done (not enough, but it's something). It sucked that Eastwood got their asses handed to them on a platter by Sydney Uni in the Sydney club rugby grand final (41-5, ouch!) but it was a lovely day out at the rugby with my family and ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
iibnf. Then I got to start converting her to the shiny cult of SGA with the first four episodes, yay!
Wake up this morning to news of another bombing in Bali, almost three years since 200 people were killed in Kuta. So far, 32 dead and 100 injured. Again, many Balinese have been killed, and their economy will almost certainly take another massive hit, it's barely recovered since 2002. A sixteen year old Australian boy is dead, another two (presumably his parents) are feared dead and seventeen Australians are injured, several seriously. It's school holidays, there'd be a lot of Aussies in Bali at the moment.
