It's been a year since I posted this footage, which is wrong, because it's so good.

It's on the bus with the guys, backstage at the concert location and some performances. So many good bits (cute JoLa-ness while they give a tour, "Eat eat eat all day long", Chris and Busta, Justin discussing his lunch, the "So sayeth the shepherd" thing), but unfortunately, MTV intercut the guys with stuff about three incredibly annoying fans. I've edited them out as much as possible, but there's still a few little clips of them.

Question about the Cleveland audio bootleg. In The One, at about 2:45, Nick says "Hey Howie, hope they remember the words dawg" (or something like that). Can anyone tell what Howie says in response, cause Nick then squawks out "what?" afterwards :)

pre-con gathering and Boys

Had a fantastic time last night. sinbrat and hnix (thanks!) had a bunch of locals and visitors over for a gathering, so we could catch up some of the slashers who are in Sydney for the HL con that's on this weekend. I went to three of the cons while they were being held in Brisbane and they were great, but I'm so far out of the fandom that I'd only be going to see the other fans, and so the money's going towards my trip instead. There was a load of great food, and lots of catching up and meeting new people and general silliness and fun.

Though possibly the funniest point was the accidental conversation about eating beavers.

So tonight, I'm just pottering around at home, burning dvds for people, and deciding between watching Veronica Mars and Atlantis (which might win just on the grounds of I can watch it on tv rather than the computer). Eventually crawled out of bed this morning and made it to work, and then class (I've now got an extra pointless one on Friday afternoons, oh joy).

Thanks to SueJ for capturing and sharing it. I was going to upload it again, and the video itself, but I've just exceeded my downloads for the month. Ooops *g*. Hopefully nothing amazing and must-see pops up tonight or tomorrow, while I'm limited to 28kbps or whatever it is we're slowed too.

Jane Carter is appearing on 20/20 on Friday, as part of a story about young stars and family problems. *headdesk* Will this woman never stop? Aaron might be on it too, though I suspect not with her.
