erilyn: gabe and mikey's hips (nick)
Just got back from the early stages of the hen's party for my soon-to-be-sister-in-law. Nibbles and drinks at her friend's place, then ten pin bowling. Haven't been in years, and oh, how I sucked! Ok, that's not a byproduct of not playing in ages, I always suck at bowling. And my wrist and back now hurt, but it was fun, and we should all go bowling sometime :)

I'm heading off early tomorrow morning to go skiing, won't be back until Friday night. Keep your fingers crossed that I don't hurt myself too badly *g*. Probably won't be online while I'm away, unless I want to go pay to use the crappy exorbitantly priced terminals in the centre, and when I did last year (on the day it bucketed with rain, and walking through snow in the rain up and down hills in oversized boots is a workout, trust me), I was barely able to check my friendslist cause it choked on a quiz. OMG the lj deprivation!!1!

If something BIG happens in the meantime, please text me, local friends :)

Also, if anyone comes across interesting Vividcon reports, could you save me the links? It's hard enough to track things down without the time lapse I'll have :)

Finally, Howie Month days 14 - 20, or, a few (or more) of my favourite honi pictures. )

And, some downloads.
+ Millenium Concert, Boston, 21/9/99 - Don't Want You Back - 37 meg
+ Millenium Concert, Boston, 21/9/99 - I Want It That Way - 54 meg

Both mpeg files. First one cause I love the song, and I love the staging (mmm, poledancing *g*). Even if you don't like BSB music, check this out (lots of Howie, appropriately enough, but I must find another performance which has lots of Kevin, cause, guh!). And IWITW for the cute interaction between the guys :) Please rightclicksave or equivalent. Don't direct link to the files, thanks. PS - This Sunday is Pray for Rain Day (my cousin gave me a flyer about a service when I stopped by, thankfully, I'll be on my way to the snow so had good excuse not to go). Whatever your religous beliefs are (or aren't), please spend a moment thinking of the drought stricken areas of Australia, and our rapidly diminishing water supply. And if you know any rain dances, it couldn't hurt *g*.
