erilynI don't want to jinx myself, but I finally have an outfit for my brother's wedding next month, it seems. Picked up a black top this morning (half price, thanks to Events closing down), and it works with my new blue velvet coat, a blue skirt I already had, and my boots. All I need to do now is decide on jewellery and hair. And more importantly, my mother has an outfit! Pink suit and black lacy top. We both need to get the skirts taken up though.
But that wasn't the only bargain I got today! A cute little black skirt, reduced from $85 to $28, and then a little more, with mum's Coles Myer discount card. Alas, today was the last day it's valid (*sob* we loved that card), so we also bought some makeup each. And...I splurged on dvds at K-Mart. joeyvanne for pointing out that they had Buffy almost as cheaply as EzyDVD, I picked up seasons 2 and 3, and Smallville season 1, halfprice (and then a little more)! I never watched all of S2, and barely anything of S3, but I do love me some Clark/Lex, so I couldn't restrain myself. Sadly, S&H S1 wasn't reduced.
My life, a rollercoaster of fun and thrills. I bet you're all on the edge of your seats with excitement *g*.
