More good things/bad things

Forgot to mention that my new cousin was born on Friday. Numero 4 for my cousin and his wife, and after 3 girls, they've had a little boy, Brodie (I totally almost typed Bodie *g*). Everyone healthy and fine, another short labour for my cousin's wife, and she and the baby were home two days later. So that's definitely a good thing.

Another good thing is that miss weredonut will now be joining us at next Wednesday's concert!!! :)

Bad things: my shopping this morning was mostly a waste of time, and I still do not own a mobile phone. I'm not particularly taken with any of the nokia models that tend to be the ones sold for prepaid deals. I was intrigued by the description of the new SIMPlus service in the SMH yesterday, but there's nothing about it on the Optus website.

bluecrane isn't feeling well enough for a visit tomorrow, hope she feels better soon!

Both good and bad thing - heading out to the rugby tonight with dad, but it's gonna be freezing. Think I'll take a rug with me...

So glad weredonut is coming. It wouldn't have been the same without her. Sucks about the vast difference in prices though...

No, that number still works :) It's just it's not actually my mobile, it's the family one (I just use it the most). But it's old, doesn't have voicemail, it on a stupid overpriced plan, the battery life is crap, and it's just time I got my own :) I'll let everyone know the number if/when I get one.

Cool, I'll have to check this out. All the buttons on the nokia's available felt really crappy.
