tboy's place, with her, calemiri, iibnf and the birthday girl, maxi47. It was an impromptu little gathering, with lots of nibblies, even more talking, and watching "Neverwhere", which was a far better adaptation of Gaiman's book than I'd heard.
Huh, I might have to disconnect our router and connect the modem back to the computer at times, so I can "actively" connect to the Hub. At the moment, there are 19 people on the Hub. Out of the 15 people sharing a gig or more, there are only 4 active users, the only ones I can access. No wonder I'm having long waits *g*.
I'm doing some research into all the background programs running on the computer. There are about half a dozen I'd like to get rid of, but actually doing it, that's the trickier part, at least partly cause I'm a scaredy cat about fiddling with some stuff. Plus, need sleep...
