erilynI was going to start this a few weeks ago, but stuff happened.
Starting date: 11th September
Starting weight: 70.6 kg
Goal weight: 62kg
Goal date: December 6th (a friend's wedding)
8.5kg in 12 weeks might be pushing it, but if I could get 6 kg (and a number of cms off), I'd be very happy. And as this is based from work, I can't eat naughtily in the office. Lots of support to stay on the healthy track! But don't worry, this isn't going to become my points and exercise tracker, I've got a different journal to put all that stuff in.
Gotta do some food shopping tonight!
