Has this good Brian interview/article been linked to before? I've lost track :)

Not my best day at work ever - I had to talk with a crying lady on the phone (and she wasn't even a current client). Dealt with it as well as possible, I think, but oy.

Crying non-current clients (and even current) can be challenging. *sniffles* I used to take the brunt of angry, pissed, frustrated, hormonal, upset, sad, etc client/students at my old job before I found their caseworker A LOT. I miss my kids. *sniffles*

Customer service centre (aka call centre) for a major weightloss company (hence the volatile and emotional calls at times, since it's so stressful and emotional for people - and they contrast to all the two minute calls where you're just giving people times, locations and prices).

Chris Mountford of "The Morning Show" did an interview with him. Interview as done on May 5 and was broadcast on May 10. Audio of that show is still available at the station/network's website, and some fans have been able to extract the interview to MegaUpload, YouSendIt, and Sendspace. Downloadable versions of interview are now posted at "the usual suspects" - BlogDoNick, One-Voice.net, and Littrellfans.net.

It runs more than 20 minutes. Can't do much about the sound quality. The "garbled" sound is the way is sounds if you listen to the station version. Part of it is Brian is on the cellphone, I don't know if the rest was a poor recording tape or deliberate distortion to discourage "borrowing" the audio. The sound clears up a little as the interview progresses, but Brian's cellphone "cuts out" every now and then during the interview.
