Does anyone have any recommendations for free personal budgeting/cash flow tracking programs?

I've decided I want to be a bit more organised about these things (which is kinda hilariously belated, given my job).

Now, where's my sister? She's supposed to be picking me up for us to go swim laps...

I used Buddi for a while - free, works on multiple platforms. (I've since moved to one I paid for which I can theoretically sync with my phone, though that doesn't work right now).

Here in the US we've got mint.com, but I'm not sure if it works internationally. also check out thebillfold.com they recommended a ton recently.
