I think there's something in that for all of us.

I'm also very fond of the typo in the Company Law handbook about ASIC prosecuting people for "insolent trading", rather than insolvent. Though as the case involved John Elliott, maybe it was more of a Freudian slip than a typo.

I thought it was used in the US? I could have sworn it was on the list of countries (that it'd been being used in for a number of years) that came up in all the coverage of this. I could have imagined it of course *g*. But yes, while it still could get blocked from being used in Australia, at least the decision will be made by the same body that makes decisions over all drugs and medications, rather than being the only one under the control of the Health Minister.
