luthien67! Hope this is the start of great year for you.
Just drove a manual (stickshift for the Americans?) car for the first time in 8 years or more. Oh dear. I did get my licence on one, but that's hard to believe now, as I rode the clutch, grinded the gears and stalled. And this was just a test run around the block. I'm now eating leftover pavlova to calm my nerves.
